Yilun Hu “Alan” 胡逸伦

Yilun “Alan” Hu is a litigation attorney known for combining legal strategy with technical insight and global perspective. Before entering the legal field, he was a bond trader at the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT), where he gained deep experience in financial markets and regulatory risk.

He later earned a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Chicago, building fluency in cryptocurrency systems, AI, and emerging technologies. Yilun maintains a robust China-related practice, representing Chinese companies and individuals in U.S. legal matters ranging from cross-border transactions to litigation, immigration, and regulatory defense.

Yilun is recognized as a pioneer in legal technology and fresh approaches. Named to the 2024 and 2025 Rising Stars List by Super Lawyer, he stands among a select group—less than 2.5 percent in each state.
